- The Platoon Leader is primarily in charge of the training and discipline of his platoon.
Duties of a Platoon Leader
- Provide effective leadership.
- Conduct a short inspection at each formation and make on the spot corrections to ensure that cadets do not repeat their mistakes.
- Execute orders given by the Company Commander. Commanding the platoon at all formations.
- Counsel cadets when necessary.
